Rapel

The rappelling or rock climbing is a sport that develops in the rock walls over 60 degree slope where you need to use your hands to move through them.
It is a rope hanging down along the wall of the hill. The walls may or may not be associated with snow or ice. Requires basic skills and good physical condition.
Mendoza mountains are the ideal place to go rappelling, paragliding or Tyrolean rope traversing (a tensed rope or wire used to go across a ravine, a river, a gully or simply go from one tree to another) using a pulley.
Main locations of practice: (Cacheuta, Penitentes, Provincial Parks Aconcagua and Tupungato.)
